General Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and all reservations, stays, and on-site services at Exetertableretreat, 22 Mayfair Street, London W1S 2EG.
Reservations and Payment
Reservations are confirmed subject to availability and valid payment guarantee. Rates are quoted in GBP and may include or exclude taxes as displayed at booking.
Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in time is 15:00 and standard check-out time is 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time unless a specific rate plan states otherwise.
Casino Access
Casino facilities are available only to guests aged 18 and over. Access is governed by applicable licensing requirements and the Gambling Act 2005. Valid photo identification is required.
Guest Conduct
Guests must follow hotel policies relating to safety, noise, and respectful behaviour. Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove access where necessary.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Exetertableretreat shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
